 Not sure where to start or want to learn about LEAN process improvement? Start here with LEAN White Belt Training. This level 1 process improvement training is designed for all employees at all levels of an organization. In this training, we will build the foundation for process improvement and hone your skills to identify opportunities in the workplace and develop appropriate sustainable solutions. 

 Once the foundation for identifying opportunities is built, your team will be ready for Level 2 training.  In this training your team will learn process improvement techniques to reduce identified wastes, streamline processes that positively impact the bottom-line. Other benefits include improved teamwork, alignment, communication, and overall effectiveness.  

A must for every front-line leader, project manager and supervisor!   This training will provide support and coaching to guide you through an appropriately scoped process improvement project you are currently (or will be) working on. We will go on a problem solving journey using the DMAIC approach and provide enhanced leadership techniques to effectively engage your team in meeting expected goals.    

For those of you who prefer one to one or more personalized training we offer individualized training and coaching to fit your needs. You can select a topic of your choice or discuss the problem you are trying to solve and we can recommend tools and techniques for you.

This is an interactive classroom only training aimed at providing process improvement and leadership skills to young folks in a social environment with movement breaks that enhance learning. Participants in this training will practice their skills in teambuilding exercises, leading short activities and group discussions. Fun for all, parents can also participate!
