25+ years experience
Kim Walker is a graduate of Nichols College and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with over 25 years of experience applying practical LEAN and Six Sigma methodologies in a variety of manufacturing and healthcare settings. Her techniques engage employees at all levels of an organization to improve work processes and boost team morale while adding to the bottom line. Kim presents important LEAN concepts and tools in easy-to-understand lessons utilizing fun simulations. Participants come away with confidence and techniques to see opportunities with an eye for improvement. Kim is eager to share her knowledge and experiences with you.
